Depending on the level of protection and location of our customers, armouring a vehicle is between 4 to 5 weeks. We customize vehicles with some of the highest grade materials available on the market, including aramid, armored glass and high-strength steel to ensure that a vehicle is protected against threats including military grade and high-power small arms fire, in accordance with the British BS 5051, European EN 1063 and NTC 1417 regulations, and the international regulation UL752 and European DIN.

Defence Armor uses independent testing labs to perform ballistic certification for all materials used in the manufacture of armored vehicles. Multiple samples are sent to ensure the appropriate level of protection is achieved using various types of ammunition.
All testing documents and certifications are kept on file.
